Due to the personal care nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on opened or used items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
How to Request a Resolution
To submit a claim, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item if applicable. We will respond within 2 to 3 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: opened or used products, gift cards, and items purchased on sale or with a discount code unless damaged or defective.
